About us
Physical pillar
Our physiotherapists will work with you to create a management plan centred around your personal history, goals and assessment results. We can then understand the different anatomical structures involved, formulate a diagnosis and start to work on the appropriate course of action for treatment. This plan will be constantly re evaluated as you progress to understand whether any changes need to be made for you to achieve your goals. There are many different treatment options available for a given diagnoses or problem and your physiotherapist will discuss these with you initially and as your condition improves. We want to empower you to be able to manage your condition effectively; we can provide you with the map and the tools for long term physical health.
Our mission - Fortitude in physical and mental health

Mental pillar
The beliefs and values behind each patients decision to seek treatment for their problem are so important for our management process. This allows us to tailor a management plan based on your goals and keep you motivated in doing so. We believe knowledge and self awareness is essential in the management of physical injury or illness. That’s why our physiotherapists will be an open book in your consult, empowering you to take control of your management. Our physiotherapists are trained in chronic pain management and thus are always looking at the broader picture to see if there are any lifestyle changes that need to be made in order to manage your pain or injury. It is through building knowledge and awareness of your physical health that you can build mental resilience to help prevent the problem from recurring.
