Shoulder and Upper Limb Physiotherapy
Shoulder, elbow, wrist and hand conditions can affect everything from work and sport to simple everyday activities.
Following a detailed assessment, your physiotherapist will develop a rehabilitation plan based on your symptoms, physical findings and individual goals.
Treatment may include exercise rehabilitation, progressive strengthening, mobility work, load management, graded exposure to painful or difficult movements and appropriate hands on treatment.
For more complex injuries or post operative rehabilitation, we can communicate with your GP, specialist or surgeon where required to ensure your rehabilitation remains coordinated.

Shoulder, elbow, wrist and hand problems can make work, sport and everyday tasks difficult. For many people, progressive strengthening and mobility work, with sensible load management, is enough to restore function and a return to full activity. However, in some cases pain or stiffness limits movement, or the condition is complex or follows surgery. In these instances, a physiotherapist can provide a structured rehabilitation plan, with hands-on treatment where appropriate, and coordinate with your GP, specialist or surgeon to keep your recovery on track.
